The Blue Mojave
Welcome to the Blue Mojave where windswept roads line the horizon and hearts howl in unison on the deafening plains. The Blue Mojave was a live radio noir show set in post-war Los Angeles, a serial in the tradition of the old pulp magazines. Created by Evan Calbi, the production opened at the Unknown Theater in 2007 featuring Kyle Ingleman starring as the gumshoe Cal Archer and a cast of actors, comedians, foley artists, and musicians.

Calbi co-edited an anthology about Los Angeles from the perspective of writers and poets born elsewhere.
