Evan Calbi’s writing has appeared or is forthcoming in CRAFT, Los Angeles Review of Books, and other publications. He co-edited the anthology, L.A. Exile; A Guide to Los Angeles Writing. He’s led communications offices in higher education and the arts for over twenty years, and he values inclusive initiatives that highlight organizations in creative ways. He most enjoys searching for storytelling opportunities in his strategies.
A graduate of Occidental College, the University of Southern California, and the MFA Program for Writers at Warren Wilson College, he’s currently pursuing a PhD in literature at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. A Los Angeles native, he lives in Barcelona. Contact him here.
